Miniaturization of control panels: Tilted DIN rail 'JawDuct'
The use of grid wiring on the back of the DIN rail eliminates the need for cable ducts, enabling the miniaturization of control panels.
"JawDuct" is a DIN rail that can be tilted up to 45 degrees around its base. Wiring cables can be routed through the back of the DIN rail, allowing for direct vertical wiring (grid wiring) between devices without detours. This eliminates the need for bypass space and cable ducts, enabling a more compact control panel. Additionally, not only cables but also airflow can be created at the back of the DIN rail, resulting in a control panel with improved cooling efficiency that is less likely to overheat without active cooling. 【Features】 ■ DIN rail tiltable up to 45 degrees ■ Wiring at the back of the DIN rail (grid wiring) ■ Improved wiring and maintenance efficiency 【Effects within the control panel】 ■ The control panel becomes smaller ■ Increased cooling efficiency of the control panel ■ Shorter wiring ■ Reduced labor costs ■ Lower risk of EMC interference ■ Cost reduction *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
